MyRobin kembali membuka lowongan pekerjaan untuk posisi Data Mangement, Field Assistant, Finance SPV, Customer Care pada bulan Agustus 2022.

1. DATA MANAGEMENT OFFICER

Job Deskripsi

  • Organize and maintain mitra (personnel) records
  • Update internal databases
  • Entered personnel data into the system according to formatting standards.
  • Verified personnel documents and employment details.
  • Completed data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency

Kualifikasi

  • Based in Yogyakarta
  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS is a plus
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects

2. FIELD ASSISTANT

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Responsible for coordinating, consolidating, and ensuring the smooth running of each case related to compliance with applicable regulations
  • Represents MyRobin to relevant stakeholders and reports to the Field Team Lead in the HQ
  • Monitors, assesses and analyzes risks, and reports on the security situation related to partner operations in the area

Kualifikasi

  • Male
  • Domicile according to placement area
  • Experience working in the field, having worked as collector/surveyor position is a plus
  • Have a driver’s license and personal vehicle

3. FINANCE SUPERVISOR

Job Deskripsi

  • Manage account payables and receivable activities in a timely manner.
  • Perform account reconciliation activities on periodic basis.
  • Prepare bills, invoices for B2B clients
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
  • Monitor the cash flow of the company to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet cash flow needs

Kualifikasi

  • Based in Yogyakarta
  • Bachelor degree of finance/accounting
  • Proven working experience as finance/collection/account receivable supervisor
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Advance)
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

4. INTERNSHIP CUSTOMER CARE

Job Deskripsi

  • Complaint handling & Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Provide assist & solution to customer need
  • Delivering product & services information
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Kualifikasi

  • Based in Yogyakarta
  • Willing to work in shift
  • Good analytical thinking
  • Having a good services sense

Benefit

  • Hybrid working (3 days WFO, 2 Days WFH)
