PT Canting Terang Garam kembali membuka lowongan pekerjaan untuk posisi Project Executive, Photo & Video Editor, Talent, Host Live Intern pada bulan Oktober 2025

1.PROJECT EXECUTIVE FULLTIME

Responsibilities

• Facilitating clear communication between leaders, clients, and internal teams.
• Breaking down project briefs into clear, actionable tasks.
• Coordinating work across design, content, video, and other divisions.
• Monitoring project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Preparing progress updates, reports, and meeting notes.
• Assisting in the preparation and on-site execution of photo/video shoots.
• Identifying potential issues and suggesting practical solutions.
• Maintaining positive, solution-oriented communication with both clients and internal teams.

Criteria

• Are based in Yogyakarta.
• Have 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, project execution, or similar roles, preferably in creative agencies.
• Are organized, proactive, and able to support multiple projects at
  once.
• Are familiar with project management tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, or Notion.
• Bring a strong can-do attitude and positive energy to every task.
• Feel energized in fast-paced creative projects and can adapt quickly to changes.
• Love working in a team, supporting leaders, and keeping the creative flow smooth.

2. PHOTO & VIDEO CREATOR FULLTIME

Responsibilities

• Attend briefings (pre-production meetings or script readings) to understand the content planner’s brief.
• Understand client needs, including brand values/guidelines, pain points, gains, target audience, business goals, project expectations, and deliverables.
• Plan a production timeline to meet deadlines set by the project manager.
• Ensure all necessary equipment and props are prepared for photo/video shoots (camera, lighting, tripod, accessories, and required props).
• Operate the camera to capture high-quality footage and photos during shoots.
• Perform video editing, including rough cuts, transitions, visual effects,
  color grading, sound design, editing timelines, and captions.
• Export final assets according to the required resolution and client specifications.
• Manage and organize video footage and production assets
  systematically.
• Maintain production equipment (camera, lighting, accessories, etc.) in good condition and ensure they are returned to proper storage after use.

Criteria

• Are based in Yogyakarta.
• Have proven experience as a photo and video creator.
• Are proficient in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar).
• Have strong technical knowledge of cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
• Are detail-oriented and organized in managing production files and assets.
• Can balance creativity with client requirements and deadlines.
• Can thrive in a fast-paced digital environment and handle tight lead times.

3. TALENT (FREELANCE)

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-camera talent for brand video content
• (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
• Deliver expressions, movements, or narration
• according to the provided script or brief
• Capable of working independently (self-recording) or collaboratively during on-site shoots
• Adjust speaking style and body language to align with the brand’s image and tone

Criteria

• Open to all genders and age groups
• Based in Yogyakarta (preferred)
• Attractive appearance
  Confident and comfortable in front of the camera
• Punctual, reliable, and able to follow creative direction effectively

4. HOST LIVE INTERN (PAID INTERNSHIP)

Responsibilities

• Host engaging and interactive live streaming sessions on TikTok/Shopee.
• Understand the product/brand being promoted and present it in an appealing and relatable way.
• Increase engagement and brand awareness during live sessions.
• Assist in developing and executing TikTok content ideas for marketing purposes (trends, challenges, product education, etc.).
• Conduct TikTok/Shopee trend research and provide creative insights and ideas.

Criteria

• Currently based in Yogyakarta.
• Willing to commit to a full-time internship for 3 months.
• Confident in front of the camera, communicative, and expressive.
• Active on TikTok and knowledgeable about creating fun and relatable content.
• Skilled at engaging with audiences (encouraging comments, shares, and interaction).
• Possesses a can-do attitude, eager to learn, and capable of representing the brand effectively.
