1. EVENT/MARKETING COMMUNICATION

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years of experience in Event Organizer/ Marketing Department for premium shopping mall, hospitality, or large-scale retail industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Experience in conception and handling successful Mall Events, Shopping Promotion programs and Customer Retention Management (Loyalty Program).
• Digital marketing and brand building expertise, including social media and online advertising.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Agile, communicative, and able to work collaboratively within a team

2. MARKETING COMMUNICATION MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years of experience in a Senior Managerial & Leadership role in Marketing Department for premium shopping mall, hospitality, or large-scale retail industry.
• Proven ability to create and lead long-term marketing strategies that align with corporate business goals, traffic, and increase high-value tenant engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience in conception and handling successful Mall Events, Shopping Promotion programs and Customer Retention Management (Loyalty Program).
• Digital marketing and brand building expertise, including social media and online advertising.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

3. MECHANICAL ELECTRICITY & PLUMBING ENGINEER ADVISOR

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical.
• Minimum 5 years of experience project manager/ consultant.
• Able to perform Quality and Quantity Control for MEP installations
• Strong product knowledge of up-to-date MEP materials
• Proven ability in MEP design review and efficient design creation 
• Created design concepts mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Detail-oriented, resilient, and possesses a strong human approach.
• Creative thinker with a focus on Value Engineering for budget efficiency.

4. INTERNAL AUDIT

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Economic/ Accounting.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Audit System role within the premium shopping mall, hospitality or retail industry.
• Understanding of applicable accounting principles, financial standards, and audit procedures.
• Skilled in verbal and written communication to convey audit findings to the team or management.
• Fluent in using MS Office (Excel).
