1.CREATIVE ASSOCIATE
[FULL TIME]

Key Responsibilites:

• Develop and execute creative ideas for branding, marketing campaigns, and sales support materials.
• Plan & support brand activations, collaborations, events, and exhibitions through creative planning and execution.
• Translate brand strategy into clear creative outputs such as campaign concepts, pitch decks, offline assets, and presentation
  assets.
• Plan & develop on branding direction, product storytelling, and market-driven initiatives.
• Support sales activities through creative pitching, client engagement, and partnership development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
  of creative projects and campaigns.
• Conduct basic market and trend research to inform creative direction and storytelling.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in creative, branding, marketing, or related roles.
• Strong creative thinking with the ability to turn ideas into executable concepts.
• Good visual, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable supporting both branding and sales-related creative needs.
• Organized, proactive, and collaborative.
• Strong interest in sustainability, materials, and creative industries.
• Willing to work on-site in a workshop environment.

2. CONTENT CREATOR/SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST [FULL TIME]

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute content strategies and monthly content calendars with the marketing team.
• Produce photo and video content for all social media platforms, aligned with defined content pillars.
• Handle end-to-end content production, from pre-production to post-production.
• Ensure all content follows Paste Laboratory’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Monitor content performance and provide monthly insights and evaluations.
• Stay updated with social media trends and apply them creatively to the brand.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Specialist.
• Strong skills in photo & video production and editing.
• Familiar with social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Able to follow brand guidelines consistently.
• Comfortable working on-site and in a workshop environment.
• Strong interest in sustainability and creative industries.
