JOB DESKRIPSI

  • Answer written queries from customers
  • Convert customer queries & conversations into sales
  • Treat all customers as friends and develop meaningful and lasting relationship with them
  • Create or amend customer orders on Shopify based on customer’s requests

KUALIFIKASI

  • Honest and Reliable
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Good communication skill
  • Able to easily make friends with customers online
  • Experience working independently
