1. ADMIN STAFF – FINANCE FOCUSED (FULL TIME – JOGJA BASED)
Responsibilities:
- Process and verify vendor, supplier, and operational payments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of supporting documents.
- Prepare payment schedules and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely disbursement of payments.
- Record payment transactions and maintain organized financial documentation for all payment activities.
- Assist in preparing and issuing invoices to clients, as well as monitoring incoming payments.
- Maintain accurate day-to-day financial administration records and update transaction data regularly.
- Support bank reconciliation activities and ensure payment records match bank statements.
- Organize financial documents and maintain proper filing systems using Google Drive and internal systems.
- Coordinate with consultants, managers, and client contacts to ensure smooth financial administration and payment processes.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., Xero, Jurnal, or similar) to record transactions and track payment activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance Administration, Accounts Payable, or Payment Processing roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in financial documentation and payment records.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) for financial administration and reporting.
- Familiarity with cloud-based accounting software (Xero, Jurnal, or similar) will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (written & verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize payment schedules, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work collaboratively with internal teams.
2. ADMIN STAFF – ACCOUNTING FOCUSED (FULL TIME – JOGJA BASED)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping records, post journal entries, and ensure timely updates of all transactions for assigned client accounts.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and record journal entries for each client.
- Prepare and send invoices to client customers, track receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and supporting schedules for management and tax reporting.
- Manage shared drives, organize financial documents, and streamline workflows using Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
- Efficiently operate accounting software (e.g., Xero, Jurnal, or similar) to record transactions and generate financial reports.
- Work closely with stakeholders and client contacts to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide accurate financial information.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate until 1 years of experience in bookkeeping or finance
administration, preferably with exposure to serving multiple clients. - Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
- Familiarity with cloud-based accounting software will be advantageous.
- Effective and polite communication in Bahasa Indonesia (written & verbal); English proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple clients’ workflows while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to deliver high-quality support in a dynamic consulting environment.
