1. STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in strategic partnerships, business development,
or a related role. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
- Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
- Familiarity with partnership management, B2B outreach, or collaboration with agencies and communities is a strong plus.
- Willing to work from office (WFO) in Sleman (Yogyakarta).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategically identify, approach, and secure potential partners, including agencies, corporations, communities, and relevant institutions to achieve partnership and business growth targets.
- Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with partners, including community collaborations and media partnerships.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify partnership opportunities aligned with company goals and market strategy.
- Plan, schedule, and lead partnership meetings, negotiations, and follow-up discussions to explore and execute collaboration opportunities.
- Prepare, review, and manage partnership documentation, including MoUs, contracts, and other related agreements in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Handle administrative and reporting tasks related to B2B outreach,
partnerships, and relationship management.
2. SOCIAL MEDIA OFFICER
QUALIFICATION
- Willing to work from the office, based in Sleman, Yogyakarta.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and X/Twitter).
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, analytics, and content trends.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and
collaboratively in a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth across all platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content aligned with company goals and branding.
- Monitor social media performance through analytics and provide regular reports and insights for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to
continuously enhance performance. - Manage and engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong digital presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, and content) to ensure
consistency and alignment across all channels.
3. CONTENT CREATOR
QUALIFICATIONS
- Willing to work from office in Sleman, Yogyakarta.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in content creation or a relevant field.
- Proficient in CapCut and other video editing tools.
- Strong storytelling and creative ideation skills with the ability to create content that resonates with the target audience.
- Strong understanding of digital trends and content marketing strategies.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies to support
marketing and communication objectives. - Create, edit, and publish high-quality daily content (text, images, and videos) across social media platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Be the face of the brand in content, including appearing as talent in videos when needed.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and values across
all content formats.
4. COMMUNITY & STUDENT SECCES INTERN
QUALIFICATIONS
- Willing to be placed in Sleman, Yogyakarta (Work From Office) and commit for 4 months.
- University students in min. 7th semester or fresh graduates.
- Passionate about community building and event management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute online and offline events to engage and strengthen the learning and alumni community.
- Plan, manage, and oversee community-driven learning projects and initiatives to enhance member engagement.
- Organize networking sessions, reunions, and group discussions to foster meaningful connections among alumni and learners.
- Collaborate with alumni and current learners to create valuable educational content and engagement activities.
- Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of programs and suggest improvements.
- Respond to student inquiries from the bootcamp program and maintain communication
to ensure a smooth learning experience.
5. SOCIAL MEDIA OFFICER INTERN
QUALIFIACATIONS
- This is a paid internship position with a commitment of 4 months, based in Sleman, Yogyakarta (Work From Office).
- Open to penultimate-year students, final-year students, or fresh graduates.
- Active on social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter and Threads, TikTok.
- Good communication, creative thinking and good time management.
RESPONSIBILITIES

6. CONTEN CREATOR INTERN

- This is a paid internship position with a commitment of 4 months, based in Sleman, Yogyakarta (Work From Office).
- Open to penultimate-year students, final-year students, or fresh graduates.
- Proficiency in CapCut and other video editing software.
- Strong understanding of market research techniques.
- Ability to create engaging and creative content that resonates with the target audience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with overall marketing or communication goals.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, and video) that builds meaningful connections.
- Act as a talent for social media, representing the brand in its content.
- Analyze content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to inform content strategies.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, voice, tone, and values.
7. GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN
QUALIFICATIONS
- This is a paid internship position with a commitment of 4 months,
based in Sleman, Yogyakarta (Work From Office). - Open to penultimate-year students, final-year students, or fresh graduates.
- Have a Good Communication, Creative Thinking and Time Management.
- Able to operate graphic design tools such as Figma.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design engaging Instagram content, including posts,
stories, and reels. - Create visually appealing LinkedIn content that aligns with our brand identity.
- Design eye-catching cover reels that enhance the visual appeal of our reels.
- Craft compelling reel assets that bring our stories to life and drive engagement.
8. VIDEO EDITOR INTERN
QUALIFICATIONS
- This is a paid internship position with a commitment of 4 months, based in Sleman, Yogyakarta (Work From Office).
- Open to penultimate-year students, final-year students, or fresh graduates.
- Good communication, creative thinking, and time management skills.
- Understanding of video editing fundamentals.
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or others.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualizing, creating, and editing videos for marketing and product
purposes. - Collaborating as a member of the content production team to guide the video production.
- Developing assets and materials for video production requirements.
- Understanding camera operations for video production needs.
- Staying updated with the latest video trends and applying them to enhance content quality.
