1. Marketing Event Manager

• Develop campaign strategies and translate them into actionable steps with a key focus on driver-partners engagement
• Manage and prioritize campaigns based on urgency, objective, and impact
• Understanding the local behavior, interest, and trends from the target market/audience
• Building good relationships with school partners, vendors, and brand partners
• Evaluating and planning marketing strategy

Requirement

• Bachelor in marketing or related discipline.
• 3+ years of related marketing experience, such as event marketing, demand generation, or sales enablement.
• Proven experience in carrying out event marketing efforts, including trade show planning, attendance, and reporting.
• Experience partnering with an enterprise sales team.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral).
• Creative, innovative, and always thinking outside the box.
• Highly organized and proficient in managing multiple projects at a time.
• Able to draw insight from complex marketing data.
• Confident with a dynamic personality.
• Appreciation of the nature of accountability, ethics, targets, and outcomes.

2. Market Researcher Lead

• Work with strategy, revenue, customer growth, and analytics teams to frame the business problems, find loopholes, and identify opportunities to improve our business strategy
• Manage end-to-end research projects from scoping work, advising on suitable methodologies, designing and executing research plans, and reporting to the stakeholders
• Improve current research processes or find efficiencies by applying industry best practices as a researcher
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Business stakeholders to ensure product & market insights are fused throughout the business and product development process

Requirement

• Bachelor in Marketing or Statistics or similar relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience of being a researcher with exceptional proficiency in research methodologies and processes
• Market research and/or analytics background
• Experienced and have deep knowledge of quantitative and analysis methods, including survey methods, segmentation, competitive analysis, brand health tracking, consumer behavior, and conjoint analysis
• Able to identify biases from research techniques and offer advice on how to avoid them

3. Freelance English Trainer (Online & Offline)

• Teach and manage online or offline classes
• Prepare teaching materials
• Prepare students evaluation
• Fulfill all of the teaching reports

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree of English Education or English Literature or Humanities or any related to English teaching, GPA min 3.4 of 4
• Min. TOEFL score 500 (proven by valid certificate)
• Min. 1 year of teaching experience
• Technology savvy
• Able to teach various age groups (children, teens, and adults)
• Highly passionate about teaching
• Creative and communicative

4. Community Officer

Requirement

• The candidate must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in PR, Marketing, Marketing Communication, Business, Communication Majors, or related fields

5. KOL Management Officer

• Involve in ideation/creation of influencer campaign in acquiring & maintaining KOL/influencers.
• Selecting, dealing, arranging meetings, and reminding on each account to execute the campaign.
• Analyze & monitor KOL performance.
• Ensure the contract terms and conditions are related.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Minimum 1-year experience in managing KOL/influencers.
• Proven experience in handling a broad range of talents (celebrities, artists, etc).
• Familiar with a digital campaign.
• Have a broad network.
• Good English in oral and written (preferred).
• Good negotiation skills
• Excellent multitasking skills
